PD Dr. Robert Schuett
Managing Partner
Robert has over 20 years of experience in academia and government, specializing in national security and foreign affairs at the highest levels. He has a distinguished background in military intelligence analysis. Robert also served at the Office of the President of the Republic of Austria. Prior to his government service, he was a postdoctoral visiting scholar at the University of California, San Diego. Robert holds the prestigious professorial qualification venia docendi from the University of Salzburg. He is a long-standing Honorary Fellow at the University of Durham.
Viktoriya Teliha
Partner
Viktoriya excels across disciplines, including economic and political analysis, as she consults with the IFC (World Bank Group). Viktoriya has previously held roles in the public sector, including with the Ukrainian diplomatic service in Paris and Vienna. She holds a degree in Politics from the University of Vienna and a Master’s degree from the Diplomatic Academy of Vienna.
Viktor Kharyton

Viktor is a strategic communication expert with an international presence in Brussels and experience across various sectors, including health, trade, and defense. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications and International Relations from the American University in Bulgaria and a Master’s degree from the Diplomatic Academy of Vienna.

Viktoriya pursues her passion for tennis both on and off the court as a founder of the Diplomatic Academy Tennis Club. Viktor proudly holds two national Ukrainian motorsport championship titles and produces award-winning documentaries.
